1. All Our Programs Are Digital
UX Gym by UX Anudeep, operated by SKANUVI EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, offers digital education services. This page explains how delivery works for everything we sell, and what happens in the rare case we ship something physical.
Every program sold on uxanudeep.com is delivered entirely online. Nothing physical is shipped as part of a standard enrolment. Programs include: Ignite cohort, Blaze cohort, Workshops and masterclasses, Digital guides, templates, and resources.
Because there are no physical goods, services are not subject to shipping charges, customs duties, or delivery timelines in the traditional sense.
2. How Digital Delivery Works
Once payment is confirmed by Razorpay:
- Payment confirmation email arrives within minutes
- Welcome email with enrolment details, login instructions, schedule, and onboarding steps typically arrives within 1 business day
- Scheduled programs: access enabled on or before official start date
- Self-paced programs: access enabled immediately or within 1 business day
If welcome email is not received within 1 business day, check spam folders. If still missing, contact hi@uxanudeep.com with Razorpay transaction ID.
3. Access Duration
Access duration depends on enrolled program and is specified on the program page. Unless otherwise specified:
- Cohort programs: live access during cohort schedule, plus recording access for specified period after cohort ends
- Self-paced programs or digital downloads: as specified on respective program page
Lifetime access is not guaranteed unless explicitly marketed at time of enrolment.
4. Physical Items
No physical items are currently shipped as part of programs. Completion certificates, if issued, are delivered digitally as PDFs. No printed welcome kits, books, or merchandise are sent.
Future policy changes will be updated with notification to enrolled learners.
5. Digital Content Is Not Returnable
Programs are not returnable or exchangeable once delivered due to immediate or scheduled access to proprietary content, bonus resources, and live sessions. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Failed or Pending Deliveries
If digital delivery is delayed or failing, communication occurs promptly via email and WhatsApp. Response includes:
- Affected sessions rescheduled or access reopened when resolved
- No separate compensation offered for brief delays from technical issues
- For prolonged outages exceeding 7 calendar days, contact the company for fair resolution
