Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

Participants can obtain complete reimbursement when meeting all these requirements: the request arrives within 7 calendar days of enrollment, no live sessions have been attended (orientation or onboarding excluded), no bonus materials or partner benefits have been claimed, and the account maintains good standing without investigation for piracy or sharing violations.

Partial refunds may be issued if bonus resources were redeemed but other conditions are satisfied, with fair market value deductions calculated and shared beforehand.

2. When You Are Not Eligible

Ineligibility applies when: more than 7 calendar days have elapsed since signup, any live sessions were completed, bonus materials were claimed, enrollment used non-refundable promotional pricing, or the program finished.

3. If UX Gym Cancels a Program

If we cancel an entire program without offering a rescheduled alternative, you will receive a 100% refund processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation announcement.

4. If UX Gym Postpones or Reschedules

If we postpone a program, you keep full access to the rescheduled program at no extra cost. No refunds issue for scheduling changes alone. When rescheduling extends beyond 21 days, participants may contact hi@uxanudeep.com to explore alternatives case-by-case.

5. Duplicate and Failed Payments

Accidental duplicate charges receive full refunds within 7–10 business days. Payment failures require contact within 48 hours with transaction details for resolution within 7 business days through Razorpay coordination.

6. Batch Deferral

One-time deferrals allow transferring enrollment to cohorts starting within 3 months, provided less than 20% program completion has occurred and seat availability exists. No refund accompanies deferral.

7. EMI and Instalment Plans

Refund eligibility considers the complete course fee. Approved refunds deduct processing charges, applicable GST, and bonus fair market value. EMI payments continue throughout refund processing.

8. What Is Never Refundable

Completed program fees, taxes, transaction charges, promotional pricing, and delivered add-on purchases remain non-refundable.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email hi@uxanudeep.com with subject "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Program Name]" including enrollment details and transaction ID. Acknowledgment arrives within 2 business days; decisions within 7 business days; processing within 7–10 business days.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

Contact support before initiating bank disputes. Chargebacks filed without prior communication risk account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and legal consequences.
